1. Free Services
Currently, all SimpleSweets France services are provided free of charge, including:
- Recipe collection download
- Newsletter subscription
- Website access and content
- Baking tips and tutorials
Since these services are free, no refunds are applicable or necessary.
2. Future Premium Services
Should we introduce paid services in the future, the following refund policy would apply:
2.1 Digital Products
- Premium recipe collections: 30-day money-back guarantee
- Video tutorials: 14-day refund period
- Subscription services: Prorated refunds for unused periods
2.2 Refund Conditions
Refunds would be granted under these conditions:
- Request made within the specified time period
- Proof of purchase provided
- Legitimate reason for dissatisfaction
- No excessive downloading or usage
3. EU Consumer Rights
